Egyptian man names daughter ‘Facebook’ in tribute to success of protests
The recent protests in Egypt began with a Facebook event invite that brought thousands to the streets, and according to the Egyptian Al-Ahram newspaper, a young man has decided to pay tribute to the social media site by naming his firstborn daughter “Facebook”.
Romance and Chivalry are dead?! Well, I just think that’s a copout way of saying ‘hey babe, how about we split the check but I get to sleep with you anyway?’ And because we’re independent women (like Destiny’s Child!!) we say ‘sure it was just Olive Garden’ and rip our pants off right on…

a few incredibly honest conversations tonight, one with one of the top three last people I thought I could never have an honest conversation with, on their birthday nonetheless. This helps me know that even though i’m being selfish these days and i’m not as good as I could be right now, we all not only have the people we want to be there, we even have the people that are surprisingly willing to listen.
Here’s to friends. I have a few of you that are close. And many more of you I miss and want to catch up with and want to know better.
